Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, confirming, or allowing Junk OnDemand (“we”, “our”, “us”) crew members to perform loading, hauling, recycling, or cleanout services at your property, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing, Volume Estimates & Payment

All quotes provided online, via phone, or via on-site visual assessment are based on estimated truck-load volume (fraction to full truck load) and weight allowances.

• Upfront Pricing: Final pricing is confirmed on-site before loading begins. No work starts without your approval.
• Extra Fees: Heavy dense materials (concrete, dirt, tile, plaster) or specialized multi-floor stair carry may incur standard adjustments.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services via card, digital pay, or approved commercial invoice.

Property Access, Parking & Safety

Customer must ensure reasonable access to the items for removal.

• Parking/Permits: Customer is responsible for securing alley/street clearance or parking permissions required for commercial hauling trucks in Chicago/North Shore dense zones.
• Safe Work Environment: Crews retain the right to refuse service if biohazards, structural instability, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions threaten staff safety.

Prohibited / Non-Conforming Materials

Unless explicitly arranged under certified hazardous waste diversion protocols, our standard crews cannot accept:

Unidentified hazardous items mixed into loads will be left on-site or billed for special environmental handling fees.

Eco-Diversion & Recycling Commitment

Junk OnDemand sorts loaded materials to maximize diversion via local cardboard recycling, wooden pallet sorting/reuse, and donation channels. However, complete segregation cannot be guaranteed for mixed municipal solid waste loads bound for compliant transfer stations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respect your time and ask for mutual courtesy:

• Rescheduling or cancellations requested 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival window carry zero fees.
• Late cancellations or crew arrival lockouts where access is denied may incur a standard dispatch/travel fee.

Liability & Property Protection

Our bonded lifting crews exercise maximum care around interior walls, floors, and driveways. Junk OnDemand carries general liability insurance. Any pre-existing property damage or claims regarding accidental scuffs must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
